Are the men real people? No. Every companion on Nightside is an AI — he'll tell you so himself if you ask. Nightside is entertainment, not a substitute for human relationships or professional support.
How do I cancel Nightside Pro? Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Nightside. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your current period keeps running.
How do refunds work? All payments go through Apple, so refunds do too: reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account? In the app: Profile → Delete account. It's a two-step confirmation and takes effect immediately — conversations, memories, history, and balance are permanently removed. No email or waiting period required.
How do I get a copy of my data? Profile → Download my data exports everything as JSON.
Can he forget something I told him? Yes — Profile → What they remember lets you remove single memories or wipe a companion's memory completely.
